This is a ceramics 3D printer capable of handling high-precision and ultra-complex shapes. We are here to assist you in leading product development! This is a proposal for those considering shapes that cannot be accommodated by traditional methods such as machining and mold forming for ceramic parts. As a "light curing type ceramics 3D printer," it achieves a very smooth finish with a one-step process that requires no post-processing. Since it employs a light curing method, it can also mold original materials provided by customers. **Features:** - No molds required - Complex shapes that are impossible with traditional methods - Hollow structures - No corner radii that cannot be achieved through machining - Fine shapes with layer pitch control at the micron level - Curing tests with unique customer materials. **Prototyping is always welcome!** Please feel free to contact us with any questions. If requested, we can also provide explanations via web meetings at any time.

Benefits of using a ceramics 3D printer

Introducing the benefits of shortening development time and cost advantages! Integration of complex-shaped assembled parts, hollowing, and lightweighting through material reduction also lead to reduced material waste.

Are you unsure if ceramic 3D printing is really good and want to consider it? Here’s an introduction to the benefits of our "3D printing service" that can meet your needs! 【Benefits】 ■ No molds required! Since it can be shaped using modeling data, it shortens development time and production time. ■ Actual products can be made! Prevents design and engineering mistakes that may not be noticed with data or on a computer. ■ You can hold the product right after manufacturing, making it easy to visualize and brainstorm ideas in their final form. ■ Allows for thorough verification of detailed shapes and movements from the prototyping stage, such as pre-production validation and manual creation. ■ High design freedom! Supports the creation of products with functionality, including new shapes and hollow structures. ■ Production of only what is needed when it is needed is possible! Data management is sufficient. Reduces inventory without the need for extra stock. *We have samples of ceramic 3D printed products on display in our exhibition space. Please come and check them out. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.

The possibilities of shapes expand with ceramic 3D printers.

The possibilities of shapes are expanding with 3D printers.

At Shin-Tou V Ceramics, we offer a lineup of two different types of ceramic 3D printers. The "CERAMAKER" is a ceramic 3D printer that cures a paste material, which is densely filled with ceramic powder and uses a light-curing resin binder, with a UV laser, allowing for the creation of high-precision parts with high handling strength. The printed objects undergo a debinding and sintering process, resulting in components that possess strength and density comparable to molded products made by CIM. The "M.A.T." is a new 3D printer that features three types of extrusion heads, allowing for a variety of head selections. M.A.T. is an all-in-one ceramic 3D printer that enables manufacturing by combining extrusion heads with green processing. The FFF technology, which started with commonly used plastics like PLA, ABS, and PETG, has now evolved to produce industrial ceramics such as SiC, alumina, and zirconia.

PB-600/PB-400

Expression of ceramics that transcends creation.

The PB-600/PB-400 generates creative and complex three-dimensional objects beautifully, with high precision and efficiency. Its artistic and intricate expressiveness expands the possibilities of creation and brings innovation to the manufacturing process of ceramic products. - Difficult shapes that could only be created by a limited number of artisans, as well as complex structures of objects and ceramic products that are challenging to produce by hand or with machining, can now be made and reproduced by anyone. - Two models with different specifications are available to accommodate a wide range of purposes and applications. - The ceramic powder, which has fine particles and a shrinkage rate of less than 1% after firing, achieves a high-quality finish.
